ROOTING KIDS IN WHO THEY ARE AND WHO GOD MADE THEM TO BE.

Systematic THeology

PLANTED provides a full structure through which kids can explore who God is using a question-and-answer style catechism. We have translated the essential Christian doctrine into a language kids can understand and offer it to them in fun, simple puppet skits. Each week the puppet is presented with a question (i.e. Who is God? How did Jesus rescue us? What does the Holy Spirit do?) and the teacher guides him or her through many silly, incorrect answers to the true one. These skits use repetition and developmentally appropriate language to teach kids about the biggest truths in the world.

The grand narrative

PLANTED offers kids a broad view of the Bible. Each story is one piece in a bigger story that has been unfolding since the beginning of time - God’s Big Story. We look for the hints of God’s great rescue plan throughout the Old Testament, highlighting the ways each story points forward to Jesus. We celebrate and study Jesus’ life and tell the story of His friends spreading the Gospel after Him. We look forward to the day Jesus is coming back again and extend His invitation to be part of God’s Big Story to each and every kid.
